Shipping and Processing Times

You may have noticed a couple changes on our site and we are excited to share the details with you!

Shipping processing timeframes have drastically been reduced to only 1 DAY and the vast majority of orders are waiting for you in the mailbox within 2-5 days after processing. In most cases, your watch band is processed and shipped in a single day!

You don't have to wait to look great!

In the rare occurrence that your selected watchband is not in stock, we reach out and get your approval for a 3-7 day processing time. This places the power into your hands, where you can give us the OK or request a different watch band.

All orders come standard with tracking information so you are always up-to-date on the status of your order.

Concerned about separate shipments? Don't be. At Spartan Watches, we strive to send multi-item orders all in one shipment.

Sometimes, based on our warehouse inventory, your order may come from two different locations. In the event your order requires multiple warehouses, you will receive two tracking codes to keep track of every portion of your order from A to Z!

If there is ever a delay (very rare) we keep in contact with you and even account for 45 days of order satisfaction protection. Also, should you not be happy within those 45 days, you can get a replacement item from us or you can get a full refund, no questions asked.

Returns or Exchanges? Not a Problem!

No customer ever got an item online and was excited to get it home just to realize it needed to be returned, and we got that!

We want you to love everything about the Spartan Watches experience and because of that we created 100% Hassle Free Returns.

You see, Spartan Watches accepts returns within 30 days of purchase on all of our regularly priced items. We also accept exchanges within 12 months of purchase on regular priced items for a replacement product or for store credit. But keep in mind that the company only exchanges items if they are defective or damaged due to the manufacturing process.
