Returns & Exchanges


  • We offer FREE RETURNS (from the USA) for online store credit. For those preferring a refund to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card), we facilitate this minus a handling and processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • To initiate a return, please click here to request a return within ninety (90) days from the date you received your order. This will allow us to issue a Return Authorization # and provide you with return shipping instructions. Items must not be sent back without following our return instructions.


  • International customers wishing to return items should click here to request a return within ninety (90) days from the receipt of the order, enabling us to issue a Return Authorization #. Follow the provided return instructions closely and do not send items back without proper authorization.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges for international returns.


  • We accept returns within ninety (90) days of purchase for regular-priced items. Items must NOT have been worn, used, or altered. Merchandise returned in dirty, worn, or poor condition, or without a Return Authorization, cannot be refunded. In such cases, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange return shipping if they wish to have the item sent back.


  • We now offer exchanges within twenty-four (24) months of purchase for regular-priced items, either for a replacement product or store credit. Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing processes. We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been altered. The customer must arrange return shipping if they wish to have the non-exchangeable item returned to them.


    • Items returned outside the 90-day window are not eligible for refunds. However, a store credit or exchange will be provided for items returned within 365 days from the date of purchase. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for returns made beyond this period.
    • Orders are processed promptly upon receipt. Cancellations or changes to your order must be made within 2 hours of order placement to ensure adjustments can be applied before the order is packed for shipping or already in transit.
    • Once we receive your return and verify it meets our return policy standards, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.
    • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.


    • Store credit is exclusively for use on our website,, and cannot be transferred to another person or purchased. It is only issued when items previously bought are returned.
