USA HASSLE-FREE RETURNS
- We offer FREE RETURNS (from the USA) for online store credit. We can also take care of returns for a refund to your original method of payment (i.e., credit card) and will require a handling and processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

1-YEAR EXCHANGE POLICY
- We accept exchanges within twelve (12) months of purchase on regular-priced items for a replacement product or store credit.
- We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged due to the manufacturing process. No exchanges for items that have been altered in any way will be accepted. It is then up to the customer to arrange to ship if they would like the item sent back to them.
REFUNDS AND PROCESSING
- For any items returned outside the 30-day window, refunds are no longer applicable. A store credit or exchange will be offered for items returned between 30-365 days. No refunds or store credits can be provided on things outside the 365-day window.
- Orders are processed within a few hours of receipt. If you need to cancel or change an order, you must make any changes within 2 hours of your order time; otherwise, your order might already be packed and ready to ship or already in transit.
- Once your return has been received and complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person.
- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
