USA HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

  • We offer FREE RETURNS (from the USA) for online store credit. For those preferring a refund to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card), we facilitate this minus a handling and processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • To initiate a return, please click here to request a return within ninety (30) days from the date you received your order. This will allow us to issue a Return Authorization # and provide you with return shipping instructions. Items must not be sent back without following our return instructions.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • International customers wishing to return items should click here to request a return within ninety (30) days from the receipt of the order, enabling us to issue a Return Authorization #. Follow the provided return instructions closely and do not send items back without proper authorization.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges for international returns.

RETURN POLICY

  • We accept returns within ninety (30) days of purchase for regular-priced items. Items must NOT have been worn, used, or altered. Merchandise returned in dirty, worn, or poor condition, or without a Return Authorization, cannot be refunded. In such cases, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange return shipping if they wish to have the item sent back.

Lifetime Warranty

Effective 11/26/24
At Spartan Watches, we prioritize high-quality design and longest-lasting materials. Starting 11/26/24, our products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in material and manufacturing under normal use for the product's lifespan.

What is Covered?

  • Products currently in production and sold by Spartan Watches starting on 11/26/24.

What is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage, accidents, abuse, neglect, or improper use/storage.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Products not purchased from spartanwatches.com

Discontinued Products
If a product is discontinued, the Lifetime Warranty will no longer apply from the date of discontinuation. We cannot guarantee sourcing parts or replacements for discontinued items.

    REFUNDS AND PROCESSING

    • Items returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible for refunds. 
    • Orders are processed promptly upon receipt. Cancellations or changes to your order must be made within 2 hours of order placement to ensure adjustments can be applied before the order is packed for shipping or already in transit.
    • Once we receive your return and verify it meets our return policy standards, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.
    • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

    STORE CREDIT

    • Store credit is exclusively for use on our website, spartanwatches.com, and cannot be transferred to another person or purchased. It is only issued when items previously bought are returned.
