Returns & Exchanges
USA HASSLE-FREE RETURNS
- - We offer FREE RETURNS (from USA) for online store credit. We can also take care of returns for a refund to your original method of payment (ie. credit card) and will require a handling and processing fee of $5.99 which will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you would like to return an item, please click here to file a return within thirty (30) days from the date of receiving your order, so we can issue a Return Authorization # and a return shipping label. Please follow return instructions and do not send items back without receiving shipping instructions.

- You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges for international returns.

- All sale mens & females watches are final sale and not returnable.
- Items must NOT have been worn or altered.
- Any merchandise returned in a dirty, worn or poor condition; or without any Return Authorization cannot be refunded. It is then up to the customer to arrange shipping if they would like the item sent back to them.
1-YEAR EXCHANGE POLICY
- We accept exchanges within twelve (12) months of purchase on regular priced items for a replacement product or for store credit.
- We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged due to the manufacturing process. No exchanges for items that have been altered in any way will be accepted. It is then up to the customer to arrange shipping if they would like the item sent back to them.
REFUNDS AND PROCESSING
- For any items returned outside the 30-day window, refunds are no longer applicable. For items returned between 30-365 days, a store credit or exchange will be offered. No refunds or store credits can be offered on items outside the 365-day window.
- Orders are processed within a few hours of receipt. If you need to cancel or change an order, you must make any changes within 2 hours of your order time otherwise your order might already be packed and ready to ship or already in transit.
- Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Store Credit can only be used online at our website, spartanwatches.com
- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person.
- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
