Your order information is updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.

We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is to contact us as soon as possible.

Payments

At the moment, we're not able to offer gift cards. However, we recommend reaching out to us for product suggestions. We're available to help you find the perfect gift every day of the week!

If you're shopping on your mobile device, you will enter the promo code on the same screen that you enter your payment method. If you have any issues applying your promo code, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

Is your card expired?
Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us. We’re happy to help!

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your Spartan Watches product as we are making them. That's why our Satisfaction Guarantee covers free exchanges for up to a year. We will provide you with a free shipping label to send your product back to us and then we will send you a replacement product or provide you with a store credit within 3 business days.

We want you to be satisfied with your Spartan Watches product as we are making them. That's why our Satisfaction Guarantee covers free returns within 30 days after you receive it. We will provide you with a free shipping label to send your product back to us and then we will issue you a store credit within 3 business days.

If you would like a refund back to your payment method, we do charge a small processing fee which will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. For international returns, unfortunately, we cannot refund any duties fees. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping

To track your package, simply locate your shipping confirmation email and click on the tracking number. You can also login to your SpartanWatches.com account to access tracking information for your entire order. Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during holidays or severe weather conditions. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!



Shipping is free on orders of $10 or more being shipped within the US. For international orders, shipping is free on orders of $20 or more. This is calculated after all coupons have been applied to the order. For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping rate will be calculated during the checkout processed based on your shipping address. We also offer free return shipping.

The processing time depends on several things: the type of order, whether your items are in-stock, and when you place it.  Most orders are delivered after processing within 5 business days. Please refer to the timeframes below to get a general idea of when to expect your order after it’s shipped.

USA Order: 2-10 days
Canada: 3-13 days
Australia: 10-20 days
Europe: 10-20 days
New Zealand: 10-20 days
Other countries: 15-30 days

Once you've placed your order, our products typically ship from their respective facilities within 1-3 business days. Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number that you can use as soon as your package ships to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Spartan Watches wants people around the world to enjoy our products. We currently ship all around the world! We offer free shipping for most international orders.

Any duties that your country places on goods shipped from the US are not covered in the purchase or shipping price and must be taken care of directly with your local customs office.

Products

To remove the links from your Apple watch ceramic link band, use a small object to push the pins located on the side of the band which will remove the link from the band. To reattach the links you can simply insert the pin back into the band.

To remove the links from your stainless steel link bracelet, press the button that is on the inside of the link and pull the link apart from the band. To reattach the links you can simply push the links back together.

All of our Apple Watch bands are manufactured by our company. We use the same high-quality materials that Apple uses and have very strict quality standards to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our Apple watch bands, you can return it back to us for a complete refund.
