Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

After payment is verified, allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipping. Orders placed after 2 pm EST on Fridays will likely ship on the following Monday. Most U.S. orders are delivered within 8-15 working days.

 

2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

• USPS® Standard (8-15 working days)
  • Orders $50.00 and up: Free
  • Orders $0.00–$50.00: $5.00

Canada Shipping:

• Canada Post Standard™ (12-18 working days)
  • Orders $50.00 and up: Free
  • Orders $0.00–$50.00: $5.00 USD

Delivery Time Estimates:

• USA: 8-15 working days
• Canada: 12-18 working days

3. Order Issues

• Wrong Address or Refused Delivery (Return to Sender)
  If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, a refund will be issued upon return. Shipping fees (both to and from) and any additional taxes/fees will be deducted from the refund. In some cases, this may result in little or no refund.

4. Tracking Your Order

A tracking link will be sent in your order confirmation email. You can view real-time updates on your personal Order Status page.

5. Delays

We offer 30-day protection on orders. If you don’t receive your order within 30 days, we will offer a full refund or a replacement.
