Standard Shipping Time

Allow 1-2 days for processing. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 days after processing. Please refer to the timeframes below to get a general idea of when to expect your order after it’s shipped:

• USA: 2-5 days*
• Canada: 3-12 days*
• Australia and New Zealand: 10-20 days
• Europe: 10-20 days**
• Latin America: 10-25 days
• Africa: 15-30 days**
• Other countries: 15-30 days

** Exceptions apply. Unfortunately, due to specific customs procedures, delivery to some countries is not available at this time. We apologize for this temporary inconvenience.

Processing Time

We strive to offer same or next-day shipping on all orders. If we do not have your desired item in stock, please allow 3-7 business days for processing. This time is needed for us to make, pack, and ship your item.

Separate Shipments

We do our best to ship complete orders. However, in some cases, your order may be split into two or more packages due to different manufacturing locations. If this happens, you will be provided with multiple tracking numbers.

Customs Fees

In most cases, customs fees do not apply. However, the customer is responsible for all customs fees should they occur. Please contact your local customs agency for more information.

Delays

We offer 45-day order protection. If you do not receive your order within 45 days of shipping, we will issue a full refund or send you another item of the same model.

Please note that delays are very rare and are mainly caused by customs. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this occur.
