I also have a lot of pain in my wrist for years after getting an apple watch. It’s not very tight and not loose seems just right.

My Watch fits snugly, and I do not wear it during working out or other activity, however, my wrist aches consistently INSIDE the bones of my wrist.

My wrists never hurt before, and don’t hurt when I take off the watch. Even doing exercises like Olympic Cleans and heavy bench press do not cause issues with my wrists.

I realized when I first got my apple watch my wrist started hurting. I just recently went to the doctor and now I have tendinous. I honestly think its from the watch. My wrist wasn’t hurting before I started wearing the watch.
